Terms & Conditions
1. Consent must be obtained from the church/venue officials permitting photographs to be taken.
2. All prices are subject to alterations; however this does not apply to customers who have booked and agreed the cost of their wedding package.
3. As the official wedding photographer, please ensure Andrew Dougall Photography have priority as very keen guests taking personal photographs may cause distraction and detract from your official photographs.
4. Andrew Dougall Photography endeavour to produce high standard wedding photographs. All equipment is checked and cleaned and in the event of mechanical or human error Andrew Dougall Photography will only be liable for a reduction in cost or if more serious error refund of all monies to customer (please note there is always a back-up camera available at all weddings Andrew Dougall Photography attend, so there is a very unlikely occurrence of mechanical breakdown to both cameras).
5. A £100.00 deposit is required when formally booking. This deposit is non-refundable. A 2nd installment of £150.00 is required 6 months prior to wedding date.
6. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation within 6 months before your wedding date a payment of £250.00 is required.
7. Payme nt of final balance required at least 21 days prior to the wedding date.
8. Payment details:- please make cheques payable to “Andrew Dougall Photography”.
9. Your wedding album may take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the busy wedding season.
10. Travel cost:- The first 50 miles is included with all packages, additional round trip mileage will be charged at (£0.75 per mile for 1 person package) & (£1.25 per mile for 2 persons package).
11. Please make arrangements with the wedding venue to supply a light snack and refreshments for the photographer(s) attending your wedding.
12. If you would not like your wedding featured on the website or sample photos, please advise.
